How to Nominate

Prior to nominating the primary student and the alternate please confirm the student is available to attend the entire seminar. To complete online nomination, the school will need an ID and Password. To get a the ID and password, a member of the schools personnel may send an email to registration@hoby.org with the subject line “School ID Request” and include the following information:

  • High school name
  • School’s complete mailing address with city, state, and zip code
  • School contact’s name
  • School contact’s position (i.e. School Counselor, Principal, etc.)
  • School contact’s phone number
  • The school ID and password will be sent electronically.
