The Leadership Seminar is a program coordinated by the Hugh O’Brian Leadership of Colorado, Inc., a nonprofit organization, and is exempt from state and federal taxes under section 501(c) 84-0979009. Colorado Hugh O’ Brian Leadership is also registered with the State of Colorado, Secretary of State, as a charitable organization.
