All tenth graders are eligible for selection. Here in Colorado the seminar is a four day seminar and every accredited school receives an invitation to nominate a sophomore leader to attend the Colorado seminar. As a participant in the state seminar, each student is also eligible to attend a week long seminar called the World Leadership Congress in Washington DC
