HOBY Colorado 2024 Seminar

    • Ambassadors are housed in on campus housing for the duration of the seminar

    • Specific drop off and pickup details will be communicated to participants as the seminar approaches

How do we Register Students for Seminar 2024?

The registration process is taken care of online, making it simple for schools to take care of the steps necessary to get their students registered. If your school is already in the HOBY system, you should have received an email with information from our recruitment team. This email contains important links as well as your school ID for you to access the online registration portal.

What is the cost to attend the Seminar?

Our early bird registration deadline for school nominations is December 8th, 2023:

$350


Registration after December 8th deadline:

$395

Registration fees cover the cost of attendance, food, and housing for the entire seminar.

Registration timeline:

  • Register before December 4th to ensure your students' positions at this yearโ€™s seminar

  • Individual registrations/community nominations will open to the public after January 1st, 2024

Number of Representatives:

  • Each school can send up to 5 ambassadors

    • Alternative ambassadors may also be registered in the case of a primary student being unable to attend

 

Q: When is registration payment due to HOBY?

A: Payments must be completed before the end of May to ensure your ambassadorโ€™s position. However, we strongly encourage finalizing payments at the time of registration. Information regarding processing payments is provided in the packet and online payment is highly encouraged. 

Q: What if the student I registered is unable to attend the seminar?

A: If circumstances arise that prevent your student from attending the seminar, we would like to give another student the opportunity to attend. Therefore, we allow you to register alternates when registering your primary students. There is no additional fee for registering an alternate and, in the case the primary student is unable to attend, we will transfer the registration fee to cover the alternate.
